Parent Organization: Culturally Oriented

LASA is an association of Latin Students who strive to share their various ethnic cultures with the members of the university and community. We do this through diverse culture and social events which embrace our heritage. We are interested in forming strong friendships within the association and with other students of all cultures. We hope that these will continue on after we leave the university, we also strive to get the needs of Latin Students heard and met by university officials through meetings and open forums. LASA is deeply interested in helping members of our surrounding communities by emphasizing the importance of the young Latin students to enter into college.
