MALES Mission

The Men Achieving Leadership, Excellence and Success (M.A.L.E.S.) organization strives to foster inclusive professional and personal development opportunities, which enhance and aid to the overall fabric of civic engagement and the academic & social elements of young men within a campus and community environment. M.A.L.E.S. aims to develop and transform educated and engaged individuals, while transcending acquired skills onto others. M.A.L.E.S. offers structured and informal opportunities for mentorship, brotherhood, service learning, networking and professional growth while integrating the goals and vision of alumni, advisors and current members who are dedicated to help facilitate the enrichment of the organizations culture.

MALES Pledge

As a Brother of the M.A.L.E.S. organization, I pledge to develop organizational consistency and commitment, to be honest and loyal, to earn the respect of others and to respect others. I pledge to develop and gain trust and to strengthen Brotherhood while striving for academic excellence. I also pledge to hold myself and other members accountable for actions and behaviors detrimental to the organization’s goals.

MALES Brotherhood

Trust - Our organization prides itself in establishing trust within the communities which we serve, the institutions where we reside and the brothers with whom we share a common bond.

Service - For more than a decade, the M.A.L.E.S. organization has provided exceptional community service to various communities throughout the country. Through service, we become bigger, better brothers!

Education - Our organization was founded within the halls of higher education; therefore our mission is grounded in the academic success of our organization and its membership

Support - Through mentorship, workshops, and developmental training, the organization provides extensive levels of support to its membership in an effort to retain and ensure academic success.
